Marayen Liothien

     THE NOBLE         For nearly five thousand years Marayen has been the matriarch of House Liothien. Next to guiding her family with her Arcane expertise to keep their craft running, she has been an active member of society for long. This involved attending most balls, feasts and taking those of other houses under her wing to tutor them, even if rumor also sparked that she was aiding the lower class. This was always dismissed, kept as the secret of Lady Liothien.

     THE REBEL        When conflict began to spark within the Suramarian borders, House Liothien was quick to side with the Nightfallen, even if some of the siblings did not agree. Marayen took those lacking the means under her wing with the excuse of them being workers at the House. With more mana deprived citizens to support, her active smuggling and sabotage activies and more enemies of the Rebellion being struck down after information was shared, she was hunted down by the Duskwatch and even if she managed to escape, lost acces to the city.

     THE VETERAN        After the fall of the Legion, Marayen set foot in the outside world but was quickly thrown into conflict once more. Still recovering from the events in her city, her active serving time became a short one. The events of the Battle of Dazar'alor leaving a deep fear for active battle. After her short excursion to Nazjatar to witness the land of those who came before her and do her research in Zin'ashari, her time as battle mage came to an end.

     THE SCHOLAR        Having isolated herself in her city once more, focusing on matters of the House with the rare trip to Dalaran, Marayen resurfaced once the Dragonscale Expedition set sail for the Isles. She joined a research team in the Azure Span and used her knowledge to aid with the matters of the Arcane while learning new ways herself.

     THE VISIONARY        With her return to active involvement in the world of Azeroth, Marayen has been rather busy. Next to her dealings with the Horde, leading a small voluntairy team and her own diplomatic interests in Silvermoon, she has been embracing the outside world and fully ended her isolation as how her quest is to safekeep and learn that which lays beyond.
